2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • Domestic Shipping:​ We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package size, destination, and cost-effectiveness.

  • International Shipping:​ At this time, we do not offer regular international shipping. Please contact us at support@arcanetech.space​ if you are located outside the US and are interested in our products, and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs:​ Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, and destination. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be promoted on our site.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Domestic:​ 3-7 business days after shipment (excluding processing time).

    • Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

4. International Taxes & Duties

For any potential international shipments arranged by special request, please be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are not liable for them.

5. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Tracking Your Order
