Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or security reasons:

2. The Return Process

Ship the Item: Once instructed, please ship the item to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
3. Inspection and Refunds
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Once approved, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
